DEFINITION OF TERMS IN THIS CLAUSE
➡ land beside or near to the sea or ocean
➡ to be registered to a specific country(the flag state) and use their flag while sailing.
➡ a piece of fabric, usually hung from a pole, to indicate a nationality of a vessel.
➡ Refers to the State in which a boat is registered.
➡ Any water-navigable craft (canoe, boat, ship, hovercraft water board or other water going craft ) of any type whatsoever, whether self-propelled or not, used or designed to be used in navigation.
