1.4. Definition of fishery water in fisheries:
Fishery water, also known as fisheries water, means: any natural water body, within the administrative boundaries of a country as stipulated in the country’s constitution and other related legislations, including dams, reverie systems, internal waters, territorial sea and exclusive economic zone and any other waters over which fisheries jurisdiction may be claimed from time to time.
